Receiving Action Strings

All autonomous clients can sent action strings according to some action-grammar to the world process.

The action input of the world process can be temporally sliced or unsliced.

In the unsliced case there is exactly one object-action-string to be processed. In the sliced case there can be n-many object-action-strings available which have to be processed. At the moment we are dealing with temporally sliced object-action-strings, i.e. we are viewing all actions within a time slice as simultaneous actions.
