Starting with June 29, 1998, you will find here some loosely organized ideas/ reflections about the question what has to be considered if you would like to build software-vehicles (agents) to act like real musicians.

As long as the congress ELEKTROKOMPLEX (Wien, Austria) will last (June 26 - July 5 1998), the text will perhaps continuously change due to feedback from participants.

These ideas are heavily stimulated by the communcations with Werner Jauk (Grelle Musik, Uni Graz), and, hopefully, we can continue this exciting exchange.
